FRONT OF HOUSE / RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our team.  We are looking for someone who is warm, professional and organised.
Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for our guests, you will help to create a welcoming and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive. 
This role includes managing bookings, answering phones and emails, assisting with retail sales, processing payments, and supporting the day to day running of the spa. 
We are looking for someone who: has strong attention to detail, is confident in using computers and booking systems, enjoys a face paced team environment, has excellent customer service skills and aligns with our values.
